Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the relationship between Asgard Journal ("Service", "we") and the natural person who registers for the Service ("User", "you"). By confirming the registration form you declare that you have read and accepted these Terms, the Privacy Policy and the Subscription Agreement. If you do not accept these documents, you must not use the Service.

Asgard Journal is a trade journal platform where users can record their futures/forex trades, view performance metrics, track their compliance with prop firm rules and share their trades as cards.

Asgard Journal is not an investment advisory, brokerage or financial advice service. No metric, chart or analysis presented on the platform may be interpreted as investment advice. You alone are responsible for the outcomes of your investment decisions.

You are responsible for keeping your account password and session credentials confidential. All activity performed through your account is deemed to have been carried out by you unless proven otherwise. If you notice any suspicious access, you must contact us immediately.

The trade data, notes and screenshots you upload to the platform belong to you. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process this content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you (storage, processing, display, and generating share links at your request). This licence ends when you close your account or delete the relevant content.

Card background images you upload may become publicly visible when you explicitly share a card. You must hold the necessary rights to any image you upload; content that is unlawful, infringes third-party rights (including copyrighted characters or trademarks) or is otherwise inappropriate is not permitted. We may remove such content without prior notice — anyone can flag a shared card via the "Report" link on its public page — and repeated violations may result in account suspension. Deleting a background, un-sharing a card or making it private also removes the image from public access.

The Asgard Journal name, logo, interface design, source code and all original content on the platform (including texts, graphic designs and interface components) belong to Asgard Journal and are protected by copyright. Copying, reproducing, reverse engineering, using in another product or distributing any of these without prior written permission is prohibited.

• Crawling or bulk-accessing the Service with automated tools (bots, scrapers) without permission
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to another person's account
• Engaging in actions that damage or place excessive load on the Service infrastructure
• Using the platform for any unlawful purpose

We reserve the right to improve or change the Service's features or to discontinue certain parts of it. In case of a breach of the Terms, we may suspend or close your account with or without prior notice.

The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we cannot be held liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages (including lost profits and data loss) arising from the use of the Service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of the Republic of Türkiye have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms.
