Subscription Agreement

Service provider: Asgard Journal. Contact: info@asgardjournal.com.

The subject of this agreement is a digital subscription service providing access to the Asgard Journal platform, performed instantly in an electronic environment ("Pro Subscription"). No physical product is delivered; access to Pro features is activated immediately upon confirmation of the subscription.

Payments are collected through Whop, Asgard Journal's contracted payment infrastructure provider, at the current price displayed on screen at the time of purchase. Your card details never reach Asgard Journal servers; the transaction takes place entirely within Whop's secure infrastructure.

Unless stated otherwise, the Pro Subscription renews automatically on a periodic (monthly) basis, and the fee for the period is charged automatically to your registered payment method on the renewal date. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your Whop account panel; cancellation does not affect your access for the current paid period and stops the next renewal.

Pursuant to Article 15/1-ğ of the Distance Contracts Regulation, based on the Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for services performed instantly in an electronic environment and digital content delivered instantly to the consumer, provided the consumer has expressly consented to such performance and confirmed being aware that the right of withdrawal is thereby lost. By completing the purchase, you accept that the Pro Subscription becomes active immediately upon your payment confirmation and that you therefore have no right of withdrawal.

For cases outside this exception, where the Service could not be accessed at all due to a technical failure, the refund policy in Section 7 applies.

Launch-specific discounted prices apply only to the stated initial period; subsequent renewals take place at the standard price displayed on screen at the time of purchase. Price changes do not retroactively affect periods already charged.

In cases not covered by the withdrawal exception in Section 5, where the Service could not be used at all after purchase due to a failure originating from us, your request will be assessed via info@asgardjournal.com.

For disputes arising from this agreement, consumer arbitration committees have jurisdiction within the monetary limits announced by the Turkish Ministry of Trade for consumer transactions, and consumer courts have jurisdiction for disputes above those limits.
